In a significant move to enhance its market presence and offer more comprehensive solutions globally, the UNITED GRINDING Group has signed an agreement to acquire the GF Machining Solutions Division (GFMS) from Georg Fischer AG (GF), based in Schaffhausen, Switzerland. The acquisition, valued between CHF 630 and 650 million, is expected to close within the first half of 2025, pending regulatory approvals.
