MOULD-MAKERS ADJUST THEIR FOCUS TOWARDS THE FIGHT AGAINST COVID-19

All over the world, mould-makers have adjusted their manufacturing activity in order to help fighting the novel coronavirus and those who are fighting in the front line. Companies from different countries and regions started supplying components for medical devices and personal protective equipment (PPE).

ISTMA members shared their members' experience in this field. Some companies shifted their operations to combat the health crisis, pivoting manufacturing to produce masks, visors, medical devices (such as ventilators) and laboratory instruments (see below).

ISTMA expresses sincere appreciation to all of those making a huge difference through small gestures.
